Some skills for PET recycling

Generally, regarding plastic PET bottles crushing washing ,we want to clean PET flakes, go through three cleaning process-pre-washing-hot washing-float washing, each flow followed by an increase drying step. Pre-washing, with a friction washing machine to remove sands on bottle, to reduce the burden of the floating wash, then into the main floating wash, could add liquid cleaning agent to wash oil and other difficult to remove, and finally into the rinsing step, usually with three rinsing tanks, clean bottle attached sheet cleaners, and washed off the oil. In order to make high-temperature baking sheet not yellow, we need to increse the quantity of tank.
